RE: MR. PETER GEORGE KIMBER, PRISONER, CASE #551-2006
ORIGINAL CASE #167-2004

CEASE & DESIST OF FURTHER ABUSE, DEATH THREATS, TORTURE
AND INHUMANE TREATMENT OF MR. PETER GEORGE KIMBER

Señor Pacheko,

Please be advised that we have two-hours of oral testimony recorded, and now distributed, of Mr. Peter George Kimber regarding the events of his false arrest and imprisonment in your prison for 2 years and 4 months, and the ongoing violence, death threats, and inhumane treatment of Mr. Kimber, while under your jurisdiction.

Effective today, we have turned Mr. Kimber’s case over to The International Criminal Court for all the crimes against Mr. Kimber, his former wife and 7 children, all whom have been victims of your corrupt legal system, extreme injustices and crimes against humanity. On November 1, 2006, the Republic of Mexico was ratified, and now falls under the legal jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court.

The United Nations Security Council and other international agencies have also been petitioned to investigate this matter immediately.

Mr. Kimber has testified that he has been beaten more than 100 times in prison and injected with tainted blood from dirty needles by your guards for not giving them money he doesn’t have. As recorded today, Mr. Kimber testified that he has received direct death threats from you, and others in prison, and that a riot may be incited today to further harm, or even murder him while in prison, as he has witnessed the murder and torture of other inmates in your prison.

He has testified that he has witnessed the murder and abuse of other inmates in your prison. Mr. Kimber is in failing health, has internal bleeding, and other vitally serious health isssues, and rightfully fears for his life for speaking out his Truth.

We demand that you and Cease and Desist from any further harassment, abuse, mental cruelty, death threats, violence and inhumane treatment of Mr. Peter Kimber, and provide immediate and proper medical attention and food and nourishment to him.

An international movement has been spearheaded for Mr. Kimber’s immediate and safe release from the inhumane and unjust treatment he has been cruelly subjected to for over two years. We demand that he is safely returned to his children and family in Canada.

If anything happens to Mr. Kimber from this day forward, Senor Pacheko, his blood will be on your hands. It will also be on the hands of Judge Alicia McGally Bustamente, the attorneys of record, and especially on the hands of Mr. Kimber’s accusers, Mr. Kevin Hunneybell and his wife Tess Hunneybell, bar owners of the Casa Blanca Café and Bar in La Bocana, Huatulco.

According to witnesses, documents and oral testimony by Mr. Kimber and others, Mr. and Mrs. Hunneybell have not only stolen Mr. Kimber’s life and family, but have stolen all of his personal property after accusing him of fraud when Mr. Kimber confronted the Hunneybell’s for breach of contract for not paying him for work he and his company completed on their home.

According to witness, documents and oral testimony of Mr. Kimber and others, Mr. and Mrs. Hunneybell then created a smear campaign against Peter’s innocent wife and 6 children, and accused Peter’s then-wife, Susan of prostitution and the prostitution of her minor children, some as young as 8 years old. These lies and other false accusations ultimately resulted in their arrest and imprisonment, and repeated strip searches and molestation of these innocent young girls, ages 8, 10, 12 and 14, before they were deported back to Canada.

The lives of an entire family of nine, mostly children, have been completely shattered and ruined by the lies, false accusations and extreme abuse and cruelty to all of them, especially Mr. Kimber. Their lives will never be the same.

Faxes of this notice have been sent to Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, United Nations, United Nations Security Council’s Human Rights Committee Against Torture, Judge Philippe Kirsch (Canada) President, International Criminal Court, Mr. Luis Moreno-Ocampo, Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, President Felipe de Jesús Calderón Hinojosa of Mexico and other parties and agencies in Mexico, The United States, Canada, and around the world.

Mr. Kimber's documents and oral testimony are also being sent to the above-named individuals and agencies and made availabe on his website www.FreePeterKimber.com.

I am reaching across all borders, nations, cultures and races to insure that International Justice is served in this case, poste-haste. And fully support all legal and criminal charges against all perepetrators for the odious treatment and injustices that have befallen Mr. Kimber and his entire family.

My sister, Cecilia Madeline Kennedy and our family were able to bring International Justice of the extreme absue and false imprisonment of our brother Christopher Patrick Kennedy in Bangkok, Thailand before the Supreme Court of Thailand, and won. I am prepared to do the the same in this case against Mr. Kimber.

So help me God.
